A Little About Me
In August 2023 I was called home to Mount Shasta, a sacred mountain long recognized as a vortex of spiritual energy and higher consciousness. Answering that call, I stepped fully into my path as a healer, guide, and ceremonial facilitator within Wisdom of The Heart Center.
My personal journey into a healer began early in life as a young teenager. I instinctively used Chi (life force energy) to ease pain in others, unaware that I was only beginning to scratch the surface of my innate understanding of energy and my spiritual gifts. Overtime, my work evolved into something far deeper and more multidimensional.
I initiated into the Andean mountain traditions, and ancient Peruvian shamanism. I am recognized as a Paco, a ceremonial guide trained to walk between the worlds. As a 3-D shaman I can hold grounded sacred space and journey beside others through their emotional and energetic healing. As a 5D shaman, I channel Xen energy, accessing the higher consciousness of my clients to clear trauma and energy blockages across all timelines past, present, and future. My work is transformational and is cleared on the microcosmic, intrinsic and macrocosmic levels, restoring harmony within the self and radiating out into the collective.
My path expanded profoundly when I encountered Integrative Quantum Medicine, a cutting edge healing modality that unites eastern energy systems with western physiological understanding. Integrative quantum medicine aligns with quantum theory operating at the energetic level where molecules shift and transformation occurs. Through this lens, I help individuals experience, deep, healing, achievement, and activation.
My presence at the Wisdom of The Heart Center is one of love, reverence and deep, cosmic connection. Whether through ceremonial healing sessions or sacred space holding, I invite others to remember their divine nature and reconnect with the wisdom already within.

(CCMBA)
The CCMBA method, introduced and taught by Dr. Sharon Forrest, is said to channel healing energy directly to the root of an issue -- whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual -- addressing it on every level.
Often, traditional medical approaches fall short because they don't resolve the deeper emotional wounds such as fear, abandonment, trauma, or mistrust, many of which stem from early life experiences. These unresolved emotions can block the healing process and contribute to chronic illness, unhealthy relationships, addictions, and other life challenges.
Ina CCMBA session, the energy engages with the individuals Higher Self, tailoring the healing process to their specific needs. Although outcomes vary from person to person, participants frequently report noticeable changes. Some may experience emotional release, others a physical detoxification, and some may undergo profound spiritual insight or tranformation.

- Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC):
TCM sees the body as a microcosm of the natural world, influenced by the five elements -- water, wood, fire, earth, and metal. IQM works with meridians that govern organ function and acknowledges relationships between the body and seasons, climates, emotions, sounds, colors, and more.
- Qi Gong (Ch'i Kung):
A 3000-year-old martial and healing art. IQM uses Qi Gong principles to reconnect energy circuits and create transformation from the inside out.
- Chinese Energetic Medicine:
Founded by Shaolin Grandmaster Dr. Kam Yuen and passed down to Certified Practitioner Louse Mila, this non-contact healing method uses XEN energy to facilitate rapid change.
- Western Physiology & Anatomy
IQM incorporates reverse engineering of disease using modern medical knowledge--mapping the energetic to the physical.
- Quantum Theory:
Energy shifts happen at the quantum level== where the molecular becomes energetic and vice versa. IQM works exactly at this intersection.
